Jennifer Lopez got the opportunity of both on and off the stage at the American Music Awards on last Sunday night. The singer not only danced fully in a flesh-colored bodysuit for a performance, but gave her 24-year-old beau a private lap dance at an after-party.

As Lopez performed her song "Papi," the triple threat was surrounded by a small army of male backup dancers, who pulled yet another layer of beading off her bodysuit. When rapper Pitbull appeared on stage, Lopez walked seductively toward him, leaning forward on a cane and rubbing her famous posterior against his crotch.

In fact, Jennifer Lopez recently flat out refused to comment on any of the dating rumors that have been flying around the air of the world.

With sources claiming that the couple is having fun dating, and always flirting, Ryan Seacrest decided to question Jennifer Lopez about a possible romance between the couple. When he asked her about Casper Smart and all the rumors, Jennifer Lopez replied: “Until I’m in a really serious relationship – because of the babies – I’m not really gonna be commenting on my personal life.”
